Complete Elevated Deck Rebuild
This project involved the complete replacement of an aging elevated deck and stair system with a newly constructed, structurally sound outdoor access area. The existing deck, stairs and railings were removed and rebuilt from the ground up to provide safer, more reliable access to the home.

The new pressure-treated wood structure features a rebuilt elevated landing, full staircase, secure railings and properly supported framing. The finished design improves both the safety and functionality of the entrance while maintaining a clean, straightforward look that complements the home.

Elevated Deck Rebuild with Basement Egress
This extensive exterior project involved the complete reconstruction of an aging elevated deck and staircase system along with major improvements to the surrounding area. The existing structure was replaced with a new pressure-treated wood deck featuring updated structural framing, a spacious upper platform, redesigned staircase and landing, and custom railings with contrasting black balusters.

As part of the project, Asmann Corp. also created basement egress access, installed a new concrete pad, and completed retaining wall work, improving the safety, accessibility and functionality of the entire area beneath and surrounding the new deck.

The finished project brought together structural construction, exterior carpentry, concrete and site work to create a stronger and more functional outdoor space with improved access to both the backyard and lower level of the home.

Elevated Deck Stair Addition
This project added a complete staircase to an existing elevated deck, creating direct and convenient access between the upper outdoor living space and the backyard below.

The new stair system was designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing deck and features a full staircase, intermediate landing, new support posts and coordinated railings. The finished construction provides safe, functional backyard access while giving the existing deck a more complete and polished appearance.
